I have a Privilege account at ICICI bank. Although they advertise themselves as 24 hour available and ICICI direct accounts can be opened online. I have been trying for over 1 month now to get my demat account opened. At the last step, they want a RM to get in touch with you and no one will ever join the video call to verify.

ICICI bank can easily verify by my name, this is a genuine review.
