I have been using the icici coral credit card and in the beginning everything was running smooth because I was not using the card but once I tried to use it a big problem occure for me
I have been swapped 16k and called to the icici bank to make it in simple emi and then they said earlier it will be done but after that they said no and I start giving the minimum payment but I was shocked because they charge heavy financial charges and other and it's because 24k in just 3 month then only closed the card after tgat I was getting calls to retain me about the card
Why bank giving calls when customer want to close the service? You just focus on the giod service then nobody will close the services. Thanks
