I have an account with icici bank from few months. I have a savings account with a coral debit card which provides various offers on movie tickets and dine out.
The phone and internet banking is good. The atm is easily available but out of cash most of the time.
But talking about the offers they provide I am really disappointed because what they commit they are not able
to fulfill it.
I have been trying to book movie tickets on book my show but most of the time it shows offer not available or
try again after some time and it never gets done.
It has been 2 or 3 chances it has proceeded otherwise it is always cancelled.
When I talk to their customer service they always give me reasons that server might be busy you can try to book once again.
Disappointed with icici bank.
