hello MS readers
I am a new customer of ICICI and initiall felt elated when I my A/c was opened
with them.
But it did not took long for the reality to come out and I have finally decided to cease all transactions with them.
Some of my bad experiences with them have been--
ATM Card pin number not reaching me even 2 months after I got my Card.
Very poor customer care services. Phones are not replied or the officers dont give the correct status.
Most of the time Customer care officers bluntly tell that systems are down and they dont have access to the information.
Infinity services are down most of the time.
And all that is from a bank that promises excellent customer services and best online facilities in the country
So I will like to advice you all that if you are palnning to open a fresh account then never got for this bank.
i hope they will take customer's problem seriously before tthey are too late to be in the market...
