I've been a customer of ICICI bank for about 4 years now, and I've no qualms about claiming that I've had a decent experience so far. Internet banking is fine and so is the customer support (both over the phone and face-to-face.) In fact these days they seem to be making an extra effort to delight the customers, which I think is an excellent sign, and I for one am impressed. The only thing that I want to crib about is the ATM machines that I encountered at one or may be two of their ATM outlets.
First, several times I found them out of order, Second, They seemed to be of inferior quality compared to some other banks' that I deal with viz. Citibank. I personally don't like card suck in and expel mechanisms. And sometimes it's a struggle to feed your card to these machines. However, my overall experience has been great. Also that these guys keep coming with some great services from time to time. And customer service is definitely showing great signs of improvements.
