Today an unauthorized transaction may have happened on my account. Your IVR says to dial 1 if you have an unauthorized transactions or if you have lost your card. So I did thinking I would get top priority. Instead I'm told I'm customer no 127 or something and I have to wait 5 minutes. How insensitive can you get? Can you imagine the state of mind of someone who's just had an unauthorized transaction especially these days with so many ATMs compromised.
After waiting for two minutes, I went into the IVR. because I'm a privileged customer I was bumped up from 65 to 1 in a minute! I like the extra attention but you should do something about that 1 option on your IVR.
If someone's lost a card, they should get priority over everyone or have dedicated people to respond to that request.
