Disgusting Service Experience on 31/05/2017. Review on ICICI Bank

Friends I want to tell you my true experience with icici bank. Today I visited the market yard branch of gondal for the pay of challan. they refuse me to take the payment of challan. the cashier told me that we can't take it cause we got a mail that 30/05/2017 is last date. I showed them that please see the last date is 31/05/2017. it is clearly wriiten that on or before 31/05/2017. but they persisting to refuse me. I attach that challan here that you all can see what is written on it. after that all things I went to Rajkot and stood in que for two hours then able to pay challan. that challan is for RMC junior clerk recruitment. it is only pay in ICICI BANK. that is the weak point cause they are unable to provide good service. how can any bank refuse to take payment of challan when there is not due date over. thats really tragic moment for me. please friends be careful from this kind of banks and raise your voice to show there mistakes.
