When I had my salary a/c linked with this bank . I thought as one of the reputed bank, but when it came to the services, it was to reach far from the present situation.
The location of the ATM was far beyond the reach. That forced me to withdraw from the another ATM .
When it came with bank . It was located a little close, but standing in queue and always wasting that sort of time was bit difficult. On some fine day suddenly my card was not working properly and when I went to bank, they started saying that it's too old whereas it expiry date was 2024. Which also forced me to apply for new ATM that almost cost me 567/-( including GST)
Because of such negative experience with the bank, I found not to go with phone banking and internet banking because the charges will result in higher cost.
And my most of the salary would be going in such absurd activity of the bank.
