Friends, I have a Platinum ICICI Bank Credit Card for more than 5 years. My transactions are not much but still they provide free card for which kudos to the bank.
Now, with the recent notification of Govt of India to link Aadhaar card with all the banking people, I find a great ordeal in linking my aadhar card with my credit card. Still I am not able to find a solution to it.
I tried calling their tele phone service which goes on to the IVRS system and there is no chance of pressing a button to speak to the tele banking officers.
I tried calling this number several times but fail to get connected with a person to talk.
I had been to a branch of the Bank to link my card but to my dismay I was welcomed with an information that the server is down and I have to visit the bank again.
There is no provision to link the aadhaar card with credit card in on line also unlike the other banks and insurance companies provide with a OTP to the mobile.
Can anyone tell me a good solution to link my aadhaar with my credit card.
