I am holding an account in icici bank since last 6-7 years. As it was made mandatory by my employer to open an account in icici. Every time they will deduct amount with out intimating you.Even for statement you will be 115 Rs.Cheque book additional deduction. Staff is also not up to the mark.First they made mistake in their records about my name, when I shown it to them. The lady over there was saying it was you who wrongly mentioned own name. When I asked them have you ever wrongly mentioned any where she said no. Then how can you say I have done mistake. She was speechless then manager appologized for the said incident.
They will charge annual maintenance etc.
The only good thing about icici bank is their net banking is quite safe and user friendly.
