Today I am going to share my personal experience with icici bank. so I have my bank account in icici bank and also my father too have in the same bank, thus I regularly have to visit any branch of our area.
Everything was going fine, then icici bank stopped using cash deposite form and instead started a new way of feel that form, and that is by using their iMobile app. Every time I visite any of their branch, they were like forcing me to download the app and at that.
sometime I don’t have internet, so it becomes quite difficult for me to feel the deposite form online. No doubt they gave me their phone to couple of times to get the job done, but I think they should provide other way than this. Most of the people have found this method hard and difficult. I wish they provide us extra laptop or phone service in thier branches.
