Icici bank is the best bank in india in the private sector. But it does not make any good impact for working there.
I ve worked here for a year but I felt that the working atmosphere is not good here at all. Seniors are very unhelpful to juniors. They transfer thier work to the juniors.
Career growth is not here. I had to left the job because I felt that in the next few years I would be on the same post. Job security is also very less here. Salaryvis not high according to the work load.
Overall it is not a good bank to work with. I am giving one out of the five stars to it.
