By the way, I am a government job seeker and have been taking the banking examination for last three years through the Ibps. till now, In almost every examination I have faced some problems while gave the examination.
The examination centre where I gave the exam has not good server accessibility, that is why every questions used to be appeared after five seconds on the screen. Due to this poor server I can't attempt every questions while I knew some other question which I left due to timeout. The computer provided by the centre doesn't work properly, somtimes it hangs and sometimes the optical mouse pointer didn't work gently. The centre staffs doesn't trained well that is why they can't resolve the candidate complaint.
The candidates grievance portal system of the website never does the response and even the helpline number never picks up the calls.
It is absolutely not the user friendly. It should take proper steps to check the condition of the examination centre and curb the discrimination among the students.
