I bought it for my college freshman year and I have it still, I love the sleek design and its easy to carry.
I would like to list down the pros and cons of it
Pros
1)Pricing - No one can beat at that price
2)Form factor- I love to carry the laptop all the time because of the small form factor and the space usage is very low.
3)Weight - it weighs very less compared to those bulky laptops which is a very welcoming feature.
cons
1)Small screen size- I wouldnt say it as a con but as I have to write some cons I am writing this.
For service and support, I havent visited them once after this 4 years, which means I have less knowledge about that but I will assure that you will never have to visit support center.
