Hello guys,
I’m sharing with my experience with I Yamaha automotives launch, KR Puram.
I went with my friend for services by Yamaha FZ, first of all I noticed that we was waiting for 15 to 20 minutes but staff was not even bothering about as they asked stress to wait for sometimes. and their behaviour was not professional. After 20 minutes waiting asked father can we leave our vhichle for service. They replied next 2 to 3 days is not possible because all slots are full. One more person replied you can leave tomorrow we will update you. Finally I give my bike for service and I asked if it is possible by tomorrow evening please do it or else I will come later.
next evening I called to them they said not possible by today. It might take another one or two days. and next hour I visit that showroom to collect my bike and also remove some part and repeatedly we started service you can collect by tomorrow and give me the estimate price of Service which around Rs.2000.
But there was only minor Issues which can be done from local shop 5 to Rs.600 maximum. I asked them I don’t want you service please return my bike. They said we already started service in this moment it is not possible or else you have to pay the service search Rs.350.
I asked them what is the service have you done? They said once we open the bike by default Rs.350 customer have to paid, I was frustrated with them and fought With the employee. Finally I paid one Rs.50 and ask them this is my last visit and return my bike immediately.
Then I come back, I will never suggest anyone for this showroom. That doesn’t know how to behave with customer.
