Poor customer care service. They play tricks by closing the tickets without attending the cases and even without customer confirmation. My personal experience is, I have raised 10 cases in past 50 days, each case every week.
The 4 Mbps bandwidth is worst than 3G service of mobile internet band.
From past 5 days, i-ON internet service is down at my place, in spite of raising cases no one attended and my raised tickets are getting closed after 2 days without confirmation.
