Own i20 Active Petrol
Liked the look and feel of the vehicle.
Did not like - Very high cost of maintenance.
Parts are inferior. Battery replaced <2years. Exide technician said the battery is underpowered compared to the vehicle capacity.
AC compressor required to be replaced due to manufacturing defect, poor cooling. But it takes a while for the dealer to accept this till hte ac is fully non-functional.
Post 3 years, expect 5-20k part replacement every quarter+ routine checkup cost.
Suggestion: If you want to buy the car take extended warranty to the extended available. Else go for Maruti, never faced such problem in my last two maruti cars.
