No calls attended or mails replied. we have sent 5 mail regarding 1 payment. but even after sending mails to 5 different people we have not received any reply.
Made several phone calls but none of the calls were attended. Any calls not attended or mails not replied shows their way of functioning. This kind of functioning is not recommended in a hotel industry.
If a guest wants to send a mail will not get any reply.
