Hum Tum Songs

I feel this review is:
When I first found out about the album I rushed to buy the cd because I am a fan of jatin-lalit and rani .
so on to the album.
Ladki Kyon - This is one of the high points of the album, sung well by Shaan and Alka Yagnik and some good witty remarks from Saif and Rani. I particularly enjoyed the music and the lyrics were okay. 8/10
Chak De - I like this song because sonu Nigam made it very lively. The other singer Sadhna Sargam deos not have much to do and sounds completely out of tune. 7.5/10
Hum Tum - This song has to be the best on the album, sung very romantically from Babul Supriyo and Alks Yagnik. This is Jatin-Lalit at what they do best compose romantic numbers. Both Babul and Alka got nominations for this song and Alka did walk away with the award at a couple of award ceremonies for best playback singer female. 9/10.
Gore Gore - This is a bit of a letdown after hearing such a romantic number, this one is a type of shaadi song with rani teasing saif. Thos song is a solo from Alka Yagnik. 6.5/10
Yaara Yaara - This song sounds a bit like Ho Gaya Hai Tujhko To Pyar from DDLJ but the original is always going to sound better. This song is okay sung by Alka yagnik again and fourth male plyaback singer Jatin-Lalit's favourite Udit Narayan. 6.5/10.
Hum tum-Instrumental - This instrumental is quite good, it has a soft beat all through the song. 7/10.
U 'n' I- This is an international song composed by Rishi Rich and sung by Veronica and Juggy D. Some people have liked this song some haven't I have liked it. This song was used for the start and end creditsfor the movie. 8/10.
Overall - This is a decent album with highs like the Title song and some average numbers like Gore Gore. But the songs were suited for the movie. 7.5/10.
