Well, Rishi Oberoi (Fardeen) is a son of a wealthy industrialist Suresh Oberoi and wealth has degenerated Rishi to such an extent that he sleeps every night with a new girl. He is a debauched and knows his own language of transgression of his priceless-youth.
One day he sees Chandni (Reema Sen), a beautiful college girl, at a beauty contest. He then and there decides to enjoy her at least a night. At the contest, Fardeen is accompanied by his college-mate Mohan (Apurva Agnihotri). But Mohan is really impressed with the girl’s positive attitude and poise towards life. Meanwhile, Rishi sends her a proposal while Mohan sends a cassette that says that he is really impressed with her outlook towards life. As she is a decent girl, she rejects the indecent proposal of Rishi and accepts the proposal of Mohan. Mohan is a poor guy who has nothing behind him. All what is with him are hard daily-life, little budget and a little emotional deportment. He is so much laden with his weak-pocket that he decides to decline the love for Chandni and cannot stand by her love.
As Chandni is forsaken by Mohan who had promised her to marry, she becomes shameful both at the college and her home. Then she decides to take refugee as a guest in the house of the debauched guy, Rishi. Well, he is no more a debauched. Love in him sprouts for her and soon he falls in love with her. Now guess what could be the end of the story. well nothing new init its just old in new way......
Chandni takes advantage and be with Rishi at his place with all the requiments and she starts working in his office tooo, but all of a sudden she doesnt like anyone saying bad things about any of the guys well mistery lies till the end where she leaves Rishi saying she doesnt like him ....... but Rishi likes Chandi alot and leaves everything for her.... but still stone hearted girl just moves away.....
