The HTC One X+ is a refreshed version of the One X with a new red and grey or white casing, 64 GB of storage, a larger 2100 mAh battery, an updated Nvidia Tegra 3 clocked at 1.7 GHz, support for GLONASS and an improved front camera(1.6 megapixels, f/2.2).
It runs on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean with an update to HTC Sense UI named Sense 4. This is a beast. Have been using this one for over 3 yrs now. No lag what so ever. Some common problems like quick battery drain starting to persist. But this is only after 3 yrs of continuous usage, which is the max time that people are using their smartphones. This one is still going strong after 3yrs. HTC, with proper marketing, can give tough competition to other brands like Samsung and Apple.
