Used the phone desire V for 10 months, seemed good to me, and then the metallic ring around the screen just came in hand and service center says its 'physical damage', wants 5000 to replace the whole screen (phone is still in warranty) actually nothing is wrong with the screen. They can very well fix it but they just want to make money and cheat the customer.
Very flimsy quality of HTC, I wasted my 16500/- will never buy HTC again. Nothing is damaged and they claim physical damage. Bad people, don't buy HTC.
