Recently I had my worst experience with HSBC master card. I had some points to redeem. I called to customer care and asked them to redeem my points for food coupon.
Points successfully redeemed and after 1 week I got my items redeemed. After opening the envelop, I was surprised, it was not food coupon, It was globus gift voucher. I called customer care and after discussion with the I returned received gift voucher and wrote a letter also mentioning the issue happened.
After 2 weeks, I got the same gift voucher as returned.
Finally no option, I accepted it and cancel my card immediately
