I bought a pair of HRX shoe by Amazon online shopping portal before 2 months. The reason behind the buying was the address campaign of my favourite actor, Hritik Roshan only.
Now, Im very satisfied that my decision proved right. It was my need for the exercises as my older shoe worn out.
It's a pair that gives me overall satisfaction of wearing shoes. The elastic sole is soft and there are passages to inhale and outlet of air. It keeps my foot healthy and I feel proud owner of HRX shoe.
I'm really sorry mouthshut as I'm unable to comment on customer service and Staff Courtesy component as I bought it online. Only one thing I could say that I received my product on time and one of my friend also asked for it and he asked company to replace it. I was done quickly.
Overall I would like to recommend this product a strong buy.
