Hey everyone, this hp pavilion i7 10th gen is a great machine in terms of specs as it is most advanced 10 th gen of intel best processor with SSD storage and 16 gigs of RAM. We bought this for around 1 lac something, the touch is wonderful but does not function well with Windows I guess and hangs when hands are little wet. It is very user friendly you may use it like a tablet and has almost everything to connect bluetooth wifi all versions. Reliability of the device is in question as despite having so much processing power it takes few secs to load windows as Iget on my i5 6th gen. Battery is little short for the device.
It is an expensive upgrade for anyone and does not make value for money. The touch screen ability made it small in size and I personally feel that screen must be over 16 inches at this price.
I never had issues with hp customer service and almost everything is available on their site. The physical hp care centres ate also pretty reaponsive.
