HP laser jet 1020 is one of best printer of HP. I am using this around more than five years and the Serial Number is VNRJ71K0HP.
This printer is very user friendly. You can install just plug & play USB interface and install printer driver in few second. I think paper jam issue is very less in this printer. You can remove jam paper just open trey and remove the paper. This is very simple and user friendly for one office.
The overall of the services of this printer is very good. As Per my experience the printer speed is also better from other high cost printer. This is very cost effective printer because there is no heavy cost for re-filling of toner cartage.
If you needed a printer for small office or short work. then you can but this printer.
