I have purchased this printer about 6 months back and this printer is absolutely waste of money and I am feeling very bad about this printer.
It doesn't provide many features like other printers does and speed also very slow. Printer quality is very normal and it consumes more ink while printing. Paper struck in the printer many times while printing,
Printing speed is quite normal, 1000-1500 papers per day it can give but many times comes out with blank pages due to its manufacuring defect. Also it is not user friendly printer and very constly when it compares to other printers.
Scan and copy also doesn't work as expected. Always gives blur images.
Servicing is ok for normal issues and they will be responding well. When it comes to any damage or major replacement they don't accept.
I am not recommending this printer to anyone! .
