Hello. Today I am going to write my honest review for Hp compaq 6710b laptop. I have brought this product from amazon before 4 months. It was working fine for 3 months but from the last few days it is showing many issues. Hp is one ofbthe biggest computer and laptop brand in India. The laptop hang a lot while doing normal usage like excel and PowerPoint. The laptop also heats up rapidly. The display quality of the laptop is not so good. The battery backup it gives now is very poor. I hardly runs for about 1 or 2 hours after full charge, whuch I think is very bad. Tge build material of the laptop is average I would say. The laptop keys are not that good. I have called there customer care executive and also maile them but got no response from them.
It is definitely not a value for money product. Thr processor is noy good along with its display and built material. I would not recommend this laptop to anyone. I had a very bad experience with Hp compaq laptop.
