We all know that today one of the most dangerous things is smoking which is affecting about 30% of total population across the globe because they have habituated to this. Smoking is dangerous because it harms our lungs which takes part in the respiration process. Many people want to leave this but they are not able to do it because they are heavily addicted to this. The main cause of smoking is stress. We smoke to get relief from stress but it harms us in another way. Many people die due to this habit but as we know that every problem has a solution so let us talk how one can leave smoking.
First of all if you are addicted to smoking then you need to be powerful by mind that you can leave it. As we know that nicotin is the main substance that we are addicted to but other chemicals harm us. So found a substitute after consulting a doctor. If you are a chain smoker then reduce the amount of smoking daily. Be with some friends, go and exercise daily at gym and spent time with your family. This gives you a fresh mind and reduce your stress as well as play a big role in throwing out smoke from lungs which will make you healthy day by day . Make a will not to touch a cigarette and busy with your works. Always remember brain is the most powerful thing and can do amything. Meditation is a very good way to keep you calm and leave any habit so do yoga and meditation daily. If you are finding more difficulty try to lock you down for sometime alone. Play addicted games , study and convert your mind because if you think you are a smoker then you can never leave it. Just think that you never were a smoker and done it just to relax yourself and now you are relaxed so you will not do it again. This will give you a better and smoke free life.
