Dear CEO / MD,


I am not sure if I am the only one who is going through this harassment or if this kind of treatment is uniform for every customer who signs up with you for support. I called your helpline, there is a guy called Chetan and Kunal(886084xxxx and 704275xxxx) who confirmed to me that the video shoot and pictures would be taken on the same day and made me do the payment. He simultaneously kept me online for 20 mins stating that he is taking permission from his seniors, after almost 30 mins he 200% guaranteed that someone will come the same day to take a pic and load them on the same day.


No-one turned out, I called the next day, someone else picked the phone and treated me very rudely, and directed me to the tool-free.


While I have asked them to cancel and refund my money, without my knowledge they have sent one photographer to my house yesterday name is John Paul(739585xxxx), he comes with a camera clicks some pics and says that he doesn't have a video cam with him and he will come again next week as his camera is not working.


Why am I running behind you guys and can I take the liberty to say that you have a bunch of liars in your company? None of them are concerned for customers and treat them like fools.


It is also foolishness from my side that I had many choices and I had to go with your company, now tell me where do you want me to go bang my head?


I tried reaching your headquarters, no one was picking the line yesterday and today( maybe today is a holiday). Do 2 things in the next few hours, first send my money back or secondly, complete your job and get everything online in the next 6 hours.


I have already considered that the money is paid to the poor / orphanage, now I don't want to waste even a minute.


I leave it to you guys to decide and take necessary actions. OMG for just 4700 INR, someone has to go through this kind of torture and harassment?


I am posting this on your Facebook and Linkedin homepages of Housing.com+ I will give my feedback to all my friends' circle and network to never again choose your company and run like beggars behind your company.
