Sub: A Complain from a Customer

Dear Sirs,

Extremely frustrated to observe the working of your company.

I was attracted to your ads and purchased your products for my house. But the Quality of the products and the After sales Service of your Surat shop at Gujarat is not at all satisfactory.

For example:

1.On August 09, I purchased one 3 pc sofa set with Glass centre table from Housefull Surat. Within 4-5 months, the sofa cloth furnishing was found to have discolored and thinned down at places. Centre table bottom glass fixing bolt got loosened and detached and its adhesive to hold the glass plate found ineffective. On repeated complains to your Surat office, at least 4 times Carpenters have come to my house, checked but no replacement or repairs carried out by Surat shop but all the time I was assured that rectification shall be done. Finally now they say that they require the bill/invoice of the consignment purchased (as if I am telling a lie or I have not purchased the same from Housefull, Surat) without which they will not be able to rectify. I have finally located the invoice and supplied the same to them.

2.On January 2010, I had purchased lot of furniture(Rs. 158000/-) for my new house. The furniture were handled and unloaded carelessly and found scratched and dented at places on the surface , glass top of dining table found cracked, some pcs were not delivered at all, Handle knobs of cupboards getting broken and coming off now. On repeated complains to our disadvantage and inconvenience, Cracked glass top was replaced and missing furniture (a side table) was replaced with a damaged one. Carpenter was again sent to house to our disadvantage, disturbance and inconvenience to the family. They checked and checked and did not return or replace or repair even as on date.

I am in need of some more furniture for my house but not getting sufficient courage to buy them from Housefull Ltd. due to abovementioned reasons. Also I am not able to recommend the products to many of my friends who are also in need of furniture in their houses.

Could you be able to resolve my complains to my satisfaction or I may be forced to complain to other forums and publish this letter to various websites for knowledge of all concerned to take precautionary measures before buying products from Housefull .
