Here comes the next Sajid Khan's multi-starrer movie Housefull 2, with the bunch of superstars Akshay Kumar, John Abraham, Riteish Deshmukh, Shreyas Talpade, Asin, Jacqueline Fernandes, Zarine Khan, Shahzahn Padamsee, Rishi Kapoor, Randhir Kapoor, Boman Irani, Johnny Lever, Mithun Chakraborty
First of all, let me tell you for those fans who like to watch comedy movies keeping their minds aside without applying any logic, this movie is for them. For those who follow Einstein or Steve Jobs, step aside. For them it's Housefull 2-2= 0, unfunny mess, Housefull 1 was awfully worse then sequel has to be shamefully bad for them.
The 2 hours 30 mins journey makes a one time watchable thanks to confusing script and some good punches. The first half of the movie tries to get all the scattered things together in a script to make a bit sense for the second half.
This movie has all the ingredients for a perfect, light hearted, soft, illogical, stupid comedy movie, filled with a bag of laughs.The movie has so much and it runs very fast which makes the movie more confusing and sometimes interesting too. Surely its gonna remind you of typical priyadarshan movies where everything gets mixed up in the end( Hungama, Hera Pheri).
Akshay Kumar, Chunkey Pandey, Randhir Kapoor & Rishi Kapoor are the ones whose performance are really appreciated. A guest scene by'70s veteran Ranjeet - "From rapist to therapist" - provides another ingredient to this comedy movie.
Malaika Arora Khan sizzles in'Anarkali Disco Chali' . Even though the film is filled with a bunch of superstars, its Akshay Kumar who carries the movie on his shoulders and gives another typical performance which he is best at. He is a show stealer. He just dominated the rest of the star cast.
Sajid - Wajid Music is good.
Surely Sajid Nadiadwala is going to be very busy for the next 2 weeks collecting cheques from the banks.
I would like to rate two different ratings for this movie:
For Einstein followers: Housefull 2 - 2= 0.
Others: Housefull 2+ 2= 4
