Very Bad Working App. Review on Hotstar

I am use this app when India and Newzland cricket series start. I am download this app from Google Play store, for watching a cricket series only. But I told to all, first some days this app used to work very good or not, but now a days it stops working in between and it displays'something unexpected occurred we are working on it', or another error massage is a " This app an-fortunately stop working" I can't understand what is the problem and it's very frustrating as it happens frequently.

I am also use a 4G service And Wifi network. But This App is sluggish.and stop working some time. The App is sluggish. Even on LTE & a flagship device, Hot-star creates bumps from one step to another. Hot-star has a long way to go in delivery of content, but at a price so low for premium, there is ample HBO content to'tolerate' the weakness.
