I am sharing one of my worst experience in ooty when I stayed in Hotel Sunshine Inn in 2014. Rooms were cleaned and furnished but bathrooms were too small and there was no hot water facility.
Rooms service was pathetic, staff was not mannered even they didn't had sense how to talk. One more thing there was no restaurant inside the hotel premises but you can order something through room service but it took too much time to food get prepared.
It was really a waste of money.and I will not suggest anyone to stay in hotel sunshine inn due to their unprofessional behavior and bad staff response
