Hotel samrat is a good hotel to stay in jammu. I stayed in Hotel Samrat when I went to Jammu with my family, Hotel Samrat is located near Jammu bus stand.
We didn't had any prebookings but we got the rooms easily. Rooms were cleaned and mattresses were comfortable, washrooms were cleaned. Staff was very helping specially the manman on reception was really good.
They didn't had so much facilities but they provided great services, staff efforts were really appreciable. There was no restaurant in premises of hotel but you can order food whatever you want to eat they will provide you in your room. Their room service was really good. In my opinion hotel samrat is a nice stay in Jammu
