There was a time when I used to wait for a Sunday so that I could go with my parents for dinner after shopping, and this was the ideal place as it situated right in the middle of the market and provided good food with a steady consistency. Fast forward present and the place hasn't changed much except for the front being altered in the front due to municipal issues and what has changed for the worse has been the food which has deteriorated in quality. I always loved the thali that they used to serve back then which they have called off the menu, and as I was really hungry I ordered Roti, Mix Vegetable and Paneer tikka masala, The roti was made of maida which was a turn off considering they could have served proper wheat rotis which is a norm everywhere else nowadays. The Mix veg was just above average with no presentation whatsoever served in a soup bowl and The worst was the Paneer Tikka masala which just had huge chunks of paneer which I guessed wasn't grilled much, the gravy was tasteless and the paneer did not taste fresh at all. It was the worst food experience and felt as if the chef did not even bother to put any effort in the food which gets out and the owner lacked the interest in what the hotel was serving, A memory lane which I should not have visited.
