Recently we stayed few days in Pine Wood.We had a very nasty experience there. While we were dinning, one guest abused and humiliated us in front of all the attendants.That person was totally drunk and very loud.
We had to leave the dinning room without finishing our food. No body from the management came to us with any explanation or apology till we made a written complaint next day afternoon.
Although afterward both manager and assistant manager met us and apologize , that incidence left us traumatize and bitter.
We were very much surprised to think that a place like Pine Wood hotel had no security system to prevent that kind of unpleasant incidences where their guests felt threatened and insulted.
