I was stayed in old wing for 2 night in August 2016. My senior and I was stay here for official work. As soon as you reach at hotel, the staffs ready to welcomes you. Staff always present to guide you in hotel. Its an amazing place not only to stay but also for official work. While there which has just been rated the best hotel in the world.
Room Quality - The room quality is owsome. There are every essential things available in room. One most impressive system in this hotel is you can order anything from your room by clicking on "Butler" tab, which is near to bed. The only minus is the size of rooms are very small for the hotel standards, but the bathroom is very nice and also very clean as the rest of the hotel.
Guest Service - This hotel is best hotel in India for a geniune Guest Service. Hotel staffs are always ready to help.Service is first quality and also prompt.
Food and Presentation - Food is so nice. The method of serve is so different as compare to other luxarious Hotels. They serve the awsome food with decorate it.
