I have been to Kolkata just few days ago, along with my family, to meet some family friends and we stayed at this hotel. We stayed in the providence room, the room was very small and is suitable only for two. There is no space to place a third bed and that is why we had to take 2 rooms for four people.
The service of the staff was fine. The restaurant serves moderate quality food and service is very slow. We spend more than hour at restaurant each time for lunch and dinner and had a few problems.
Pros:
Location
Cleanliness.
Cons:
Small room
Lot of noise penetrate to rooms.
Very slow restaurant service.
The hotel location is close to road, lot of noise penetrate into the room.
Overall we had an Ordinary experience and moreover there were problems as mentioned.
