Hello.Every one Today iam sharing my experience about visiting the Hotel Madina at charminar hyderabad.Recently I visited this Hotel at charminar with my friend abhinav.
Food and presetation: - I was expecting a great hyderabadi biryani and hyderabad food from this hotel but I dont know that what was wrong at there.I felt very bad about the food at madina.Apart from the Biryani I have ordered haleem and at all I was not at all happy with this taste seriously.
Ambience: - Alhought the hotel is at the center of the city so there is a big crowd in this hotel so there is no proper ambience at this hotel madina.we have to adjusted and we feel uncomfatable at this madina hotel.
Customer service: - The madina is fully crowded at every time with people so it is very much time consuming for giving order to the waiter.It took me 15mins for give order as more 25mins to reciecve it .so customer service is very rediculus at madina. So guys please dont visit this kind of hotel.Thank you.
