I went to this hotel with my wife, it is situated in mantola, agra .it is 10 minutes walk in distance from agra fort train station and the taj mahal garden is 1.8 km away.
Room Quality
Room quality of this hotel was worst due to the worst cleaning of the rooms, lots of dust placed on the table and bathroom tiles, t.v was not working properly, mostly channels were not coming, bathroom shower had been damaged, no hot water was coming in the bathroom.
Guest Service
Guest Service of this hotel was very slow, I gave the complained related with the t.v waa not working in the afternoon and I waa gone outside of the hotel for visiting agra and we came back in the night and entered the room and to till that time t.v problem was not rectified by any one staff.
Food And Presentation
Food and presentation of this hotel was pathetic, there was a restaurant in this hotel name called maharaja restaurant. We went there for having the breakfast and we got worst quality of food, it was very oily and full of access spices and in masala omlet we got access of green chilies and red chilies with very oily. It was the worst food im my whole life.
Ambience
Ambience of this hotel was not good, in the net the picture of the hotel and rooms are showed us different but in the real it was against of it very dirty and full of dust, lots of mosquitoes were flying here and there which was looking very odd and very unhygienic, housekeeping department of this hotel was the worst, nothing was cleaned in this hotel.
Value For money
Totally wastage of money, this hotel is not good value for money due to the worst quality of foods, cleaning of the rooms and services, I paid Rs 1745 for booking one room night through trip advisor and after staying one room night, I realised that my money went to the dustbin.
