I will never suggest anyone to stay in Hotel Heritage Chandigarh. I stayed in this hotel with my parents last year when we were on Punjab and Chandigarh tour. This hotel is located in the main city, so we decided to stay in this hotel.
The rooms are charged decently, but the room that they gave us first did not have any ventilation at all. We complained about it and got shifted to other garden facing room. The bath accessories were pathetic. The taps were ever leaking and the toiletries they gave us smelled awfully. Thank god we did not use them.
The room service here is pathetic. We had to call the reception thrice for help. My experience here was terrible. We will never stay here again, if we happen to visit Chandigarh again.
