I booked a room for rs3130 in this hotel via oyorooms, the hotel is in premium category of oyorooms but I felt nothing premium in this hotel during my stay.
The hotel staff is not so professional, and their behaviour was very amateur. The hotel infrastructure is very average. Since I paid so much money for one day, I expected a good room but when I entered the room it was very average, they didn't even provided the amenities that are given in every oyo stay. The television, bed and room space was all very of poor quality and small, I changed my room but all were same, their was no comfort during my stay in this hotel.
Their lift was so small that max it can hold 4 people, I don't know how it got premium category. Only the location of the hotel is nice but nothing is good in it, the breakfast I had their was also not good.
The staff was so unprofessional that I had to ask for the toiletries and other things that they should have provided without asking.
For me if I compare it to my other stays, this premium hotel stay was not even same as to the stays that I had in standard rooms in other hotels, and it didn't worth the money I paid for it.
So for my readers this isn't a good hotel to stay in.
