HONDA NAVI

By riding on Navi from last two days, I was discover some amazing things about it. But as we know every product have two sides. Whether its related to average, looks, head light, back light and others.

Today I am sharing my review related to Navi. Honda release this small bike related for the working in city as same Honda Activa. The Navi from Honda grabbed skewed attention at the Auto Expo 2016 for its quirky looks that combine comfort of a scooter and ruggedness of a motorcycle. Initially confused as a bike, Navi, is a scooter at heart based on the popular model in the 110cc segment-Honda Activa. To reinforce its funky character, Honda has added a number of new elements to it like the tall handlebar, the edgy fuel tank cover, bold headlights etc. Navi is by far the boldest product from Honda india that targets the youth looking for a funky two-wheeler as their daily commuting vehicle.

The Navi comes with two more special edition - Adventure and chorme. The Navi Adventure features a slightly rugged and outdoorsy styling with handguards, a flyscreen, a brown colour theme and a bashplate of sorts as well. Honda also offers other customisation options for the Navi in the form of storage compartments and so on.

It's been a year since the Navi was first unveiled at the 2016 Auto Expo and was officially launched in April 2016. Gathering abundant booking post its launch, Honda Motorcycle and scooter India decided to almost double the production of Navi in a bid to meet demand. An amalgamation of scooter and motorcycle, Honda Navi price was tagged at Rs 39.500 at the time of launch which witnessed slight change in the following months.

Navi, Honda India's fun two-wheeler has paved path for an entirely new segment that has almost no competition. Enjoying zenith, Navi is radically an Activa with a new skin and additional elements that give it a funkier stance. Under the hood, it carries a 110cc, single cylinder petrol engine mated to a V-matic automatic transmission. This is the same unit that does duty on the Honda producing same power and torque output.

Honda unveiled the Navi at the 2016 Delhi Auto Expo earlier this year. The Navi is a cross between a scooter and mini-motorcycle. The 'mini - bike' was launched with a price tag of 39, 500 ( ex-showroom, Delhi) . Honda sold around 10, 000 unit within a few months of the launch and now the Japanese bikemaker has announced that the sale of the Navi have crossed the 50, 000 unit mark prior to the festival season. Within just six months of its launch, Honda has vlocked the 50, 000 sale figure for the 'mini-bike', which is decent enough for this new offering from Honda. The Navi is also highlighted as the top-10 highest selling scooter actoss the country.
