I had my CB Trigger delivered on June 12. So far I have done 600 km on it. I chose it over the new Unicorn 160 with HET engine. I test rode both and though the Unicorn was comfortable and nice, I still felt better on the Trigger - it had some kind of pull I could not define. Besides I was more interested in twin discs than combi braking. I have my reasons for twin disks - I am a heavyset person and tend to erase the drum brake capabilities with my foot.

The usual crib I have too - tacky, worthless switches and footrest. The headlight needs some attention. The Hi beam is squarish but does not really illuminate.

Plus side is the all electronic dashboard - really nice and that warm orange glow is reassuring.

As for the rest of the bike - it vibrated BADLY at 50kmph for the first week. Then the vibration shifted to the 60kmph mark. Now it vibrates at 70kmph. Vibration notwithstanding, I could gun the bike to 90kmph(I am 100+ kg, mind you). Having had a Thunderbird 350 Twinspark, I really do not mind the vibrations. Mostly I drive at 50-60 kmph

If you maintain the bike well and get the servicing done on time, those vibrations will reduce. I felt the bike was steady at even at 90kmph despite the vibrations - it held together well and as I said, slowly the engine is smoothing out.

The ride quality is really sweet at city speeds - I really like the weight distribution - it is a light and well balanced bike and I could maneuver it with considerable ease in heavy traffic. The engine is as many people by now put it - is butter smooth

Fuel efficiency - I am now getting 50kmph(first service yet to be done). Which is OK. I believe it  will improve over the year.

If Honda could only do something about the tacky parts and plush up the bike, this is a better 150cc vehicle than all others despite the Rs 86K price tag, For that price I am buying some peace. This bike will be a trouble free one I strongly feel. Unlike the 1 lakh+ Enfield Thunderbird that left me 3K poorer every 6 months which I eventually sold to buy this.

I am happy with the purchase. This is a good bike. I recommend it for overall ride quality, those tacky switches and vibrations not withstanding.
