Extremely Disappointed with Home Triangle Cleaning. Review on Hometriangle

I want to share my disappointing experience with Home Triangle Cleaning Services to warn others about their unprofessional conduct and lack of follow-through.

> What Happened:

I recently booked Home Triangle for a full house cleaning. Unfortunately, the service I received was far below acceptable standards for several reasons:

1. Damage to Bathroom Grouting:

The cleaning staff overused acidic agents in the bathroom, which destroyed the grouting. This damage has made the bathroom look worse than before they started.

2. Incomplete Cleaning:

Despite being hired to clean the entire house, the team left several areas untouched. When I pointed out these issues, they assured me they would return the next day to complete the job and fix the bathroom grout.

3. No Follow-Up:

It has now been over a week, and despite daily follow-ups, no one has come back to finish the job or repair the damage. I’ve been in constant contact with Ms. Arundhati, Mr. Shyam, and Mr. Deepak, but each of them just gives me the runaround, saying they will come soon, which never happens.

> What I Expect:

- Immediate repair of the damaged grouting by a professional.

- Completion of the cleaning tasks that were initially agreed upon.

- Compensation for the inconvenience and damage caused.

> Final Thoughts:

Home Triangle’s service has been a huge disappointment, with continuous delays and poor communication. I hope they take immediate steps to address these issues, but for now, I advise others to be cautious when considering their services.
