Kindly don't purchase from Homeshop18. They are the best con artists on the planet. I have requested combo item. They conveyed just fractional item. I raised protest against that first time they said will convey inside 11 working days. Be that as it may, I didn't get following 11 working days moreover.
Again I raised objection. They enrolled as incomplete conveyance request. In any case, same day they crossed out it. I didn't get any data about that. Again following 11 working days I called of course they said same thing and enlisted new request. I called them after 5days to check the status. They said they dispatched and gave wrong messenger no.
I watched that messenger no. Be that as it may, it appeared. Invalid number like that I called them quickly they gave some reason and said will convey in 4-5 working days without come up short that way. Be that as it may, following day again I checked the status on location. It was appearing as crossed out. I called them and asked the reason yet they just don't know motivation behind why it has been crossed out.
This took one month. Since one month they are not ready to convey fractional item. I approached the method for giving back the Partial item which they conveyed and to get discount. They said they don't have dispatch office to my zone so I just need to send messenger myself. Later they will send that to quality check and later they will choose to discount or not.
They are not prepared to affirm these things by email moreover. So now I am stressing to send the item which they conveyed and to trust them again and get swindled again on full sum. Please anybody let me know the methodology to make lawful move on them.
So in future we can maintain a strategic distance from more individuals to get bamboozled by them.
