My humble request to you. Would request you not to shop from Homeshop18. My order ID is 960031189. I have ordered a garden tent house for kids through Homeshop18.
The item came as damaged. I raised a complaint, asking for a refund the same day. They informed that will get call in 24 hours. Did not get any call. Had to call back.
The customer service is too bad. Instead of refund they have taken a request for replacement. They again ask me to wait for 72 hrs to get a call back.
I have requested them to take back the product by 19th of Dec, as I'm going out of station for 2 weeks. They told it is not possible. It is very straight on the face.
We cannot compare Homeshop18 with Flipkart. Worst Worst they are. Now I don't know when they will call me.
This is my first and last shopping from this site.
I think CEO of the company should take care of it as the CEO of Flipkart and is very customer centric and take care of all customer queries directly.
