There has been a lot of competition between online stores in the recent past. Some of them proved their authenticity while others failed to do so, and so turned into oblivion. One such online shopping website is HomeShop18.
The price of the products in HS18 usually is higher than other online shopping portals. Moreover, the quality is not up to the mark, which is gradually shifting its customers to other shopping portals.
I bought many products from HS18 in the recent past, thinking that the next product will be somewhat better than the previous. But, HS18 has been disappointing me ever since.
I have had a really bad experience with HomeShop18 lately. Once, I bought a set of Lunch Boxes from HS18. But I think I wasted my money on it because the quality of the boxes was too bad. After using the lunch boxes for just 3 days, the cover started losing its grip on the box. And after 3 or 4 washes, the color of the boxes started fading too.
As the product had a 10 days replacement policy, so I decided to replace the box and get my money back. But when I tried to contact the customer care, they told me that the policy has been changed and therefore, my product cannot be replaced. It can only be returned.
The app and the website are not attractive at all. There are no exclusive sales, no special prices or offers. Hence, buying a product from HS18 is not at all reliable for me.
I am hoping that the authorities will work on these issues so that I can continue shopping from HS18.
