I have been going through a number of website but the "MouthShut.com" caught my attention and in a short span of time I gained confidence on this site and decided to contribute myself. This site has found to be well designed and very user friendly. This is my ever first review on a product. I have posted a blog on our scooter in this site, a Kinetic Honda Model DX 1990 Model, which served us past 25 years. It is really a pleasing experience for me when my blog was accepted and flashing it in this site.
Our experience with HomeShop 18 is highly remarkable. We never expected the online shopping could be such a smooth and easy one. Felt that it is much simpler than window shopping for which we have to negotiate through the heavy traffic and look out for the required items in various shops. In online shopping there is no direct human interaction, so we have the choice and liberty to get into any site and select the required items by comparing the various products and prices.
We happen to watch a TV show on HomeShop 18 On that particular day they offered an eighteen pieces of kitchen set on discount basis. We were quite impressed on this offer and decided to place order of the same. That was the first instance we clicked the site of HomeShop 18. Everything was smooth. We opted he payment mode for cash on delivery. As per the deal the item reached at our doorstep ahead of scheduled date and we paid Rs.1, 800/- towards the cost of the item. On first day of order placement onward HomeShop 18 never missed to update us the status of the consignment.
On opening of the package we found the handle of the two Kadais had broken. Immediately we called up at the customer care and conveyed about the damaged items. After collecting the exact picture of damages, they requested us to repack the item, as it is. Their staff had collected the same on 2nd day. We didn't do much of follow up. But we worried slightly that we have had already paid the amount by cash towards the cost of the item. Once again HomeShop 18 updated us the status through out till we received the replacement.
This is really a very good experience for us and we shared it with our friends and colleagues. We dodn't feel any hesitation to recommend online shopping of the product of HomeShop 18, of which we found quality wise superior and service wise highly reliable one.
